FIELD: mechanical engineering; transmissions of transport facilities, hoisting machinery and other machines and mechanisms. SUBSTANCE: device includes drive member - crank with connecting rod which is connected with output member - rocker arm by means of lever whose pivot is fitted on slider which is movable relative to guide mounted immovably in parallel with bisector of lever swinging angle. During operation of drive, rotation of crank is converter into continuous rotary motion of gears. Continuous regulation of gear ratio is effected due to motion of slider relative to guide.
