FIELD: examination and analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: polymer specimen is made as open disc dielectric resonator and positioned in thermal chamber at low temperature values. oscillations are excited by noncontact method, and simultaneous measurement of temperature and inherent resonant frequency of specimen is performed. Temperature in chamber is raised within the range of specimen material examination. Curve is plotted on the basis of obtained data on combination of specimen inherent resonant frequencies corresponding to specimen temperatures. Temperature boundaries of phase transitions are determined by curve extremes. EFFECT: more accurate results. 2 dwg
