FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: use: the relative dielectric permittivity and the dielectric losses angle tangent measurement. Gist of the invention lies in the fact that in a coaxial measuring resonator with a cylindrical body, central coaxial conductor in the form of two cylindrical electrodes of the same diameter with a measuring gap between them the end cover of a resonator is made in the form of an elastic metal membrane with a cylindrical electrode fixed on it.
EFFECT: technical result: providing the possibility of improving the accuracy of measuring the dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent of weakly absorbing dielectrics in a coaxial resonator of the decimeter wave band.
