SUBSTANCE: coaxial measuring resonator with a cylindrical body, a central conduit in the form of two coaxial electrodes with a measuring gap between them and a window in the body cavity to enter the specimen into the gap between the electrodes, a window for entering the specimen made in the form of a non-emitting slit parallel to the lines of the surface current in the body cavity, diameter electrodes d_i is less than diameter of the selected measured disc sample d_s, the inner diameter of the resonator body (D) is selected from≥ the equation D≥d_i+2d_s and to center the sample in the measuring gap into the resonator, thin dielectric strands parallel to the central conductor resonator are introduced on the semicircle with diameter d_c≈d_s and a center common with the electrodes.

EFFECT: reducing the size of the coaxial resonator, increasing the quality factor, expanding the ratio of frequencies of the first two resonances.
