FIELD: medicine; obstetrics; gynecology. SUBSTANCE: fluids from puerperal uterine cavity are sampled during first 24 h after delivery by aspiration biopsy method. Sample is analyzed to study activity of DNA-ase lysosomic enzyme. If value is more than control value, puerperal endometritis case is diagnose. Diagnostic accuracy is thereby enhanced by 9%. EFFECT: higher accuracy of early diagnostics of puerperal endometritis case; simplified procedure. 1 tbl
