SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used for treating partial inconsistency of cicatrix after caesarean section. For this purpose, on 5^th-25^th day of the menstrual cycle, after sanitisation of the vaginal genital organs with an antiseptic solution, the uterine cavity is treated with an antiseptic preparation of instillagel in amount of 6 ml. Thereafter, an antibacterial agent is introduced into the intrauterine device, the sterilized liposomal wound gel coating with Flamena dihydroquercetin in amount of 5.0 ml, once a day. After that, patient is in horizontal position for 20–30 minutes to complete absorption of administered agents. Therapeutic course makes 20 days.

EFFECT: method provides a high total cure of the uterus cicatrix, reduced rehabilitation time after the surgical intervention, promotes reduction of scar tissue by stimulating regeneration of tissues in the scar inconsistency, which determines the favourable course of subsequent pregnancies and delivery.
