FIELD: accelerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: electron accelerator has first source radiating electron beam to be accelerated and coaxial cavity formed by external cylindrical conductor and internal one both arranged on common axis and connected to two flanges. Electron beam is introduced into middle space which is perpendicular to axis along first diameter of external conductor. Accelerator also has second source radiating electron beam which is slowed down by radial electric field when it crosses coaxial cavity.
