FIELD: electronic equipment engineering, in particular, engineering of high frequency emitters of electrons, made on basis of linear high frequency accelerators of electrons, possible use in apparatuses for radiation technology.
SUBSTANCE: emitter of electrons contains, positioned coaxially, vacuumized half-wave coaxial resonator, tetrode gun with radial anode, element for connection of generator with resonator in form of hollow conductive anchor ring shaped head and device for outlet of electrons. First and second hollow internal conductors are positioned coaxially and separated from each other by high frequency gap. In the hollow of first internal conductor on the side of its free end, injector of electrons is positioned, cathode of which is directed towards the end of second internal conductor. The base of second internal conductor is directed towards device for outlet of electrons and is connected to end wall of resonator. Tetrode gun and radial anode are positioned between first internal conductor and end wall of resonator. First internal conductor is connected to radial anode and is rigidly held together with external conductor of resonator by means of supporting dielectric isolator positioned between them.
EFFECT: generation of high-energy flow of electrons with efficiency not less than 30% at working frequency ˜ 300 MHz, decreased longitudinal dimensions, increased electrical hardness, reliability and durability.
