FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: ripping tool has tine, shoe attached to tine and provided with share and ripping member arranged below share blade. Pair of brackets spaced in vertical plane are positioned on tine rear side. Ripping member is mounted in lower bracket by means of horizontal shaft so that it may be moved to inoperative position. Top part of lever is joined with its supporting surface to rear inclined face of tine. Slot for receiving lower bracket is extending in parallel with supporting surface of lever. Ripping member is coupled with top bracket of tine by pivotally attached tie-rod and flexible member. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of ripped soil. 2 cl, 3 dwg
