Root-cutting rotor is arranged behind inclined lifters and is equipped with knives arranged in parallel. Peripheral parts of knives are provided with cutting edges and cutters arranged between adjacent parts of cutting edges. Rotor with teeth is further equipped with blades whose working faces are defined by line formed as evolvent of circle.
