FIELD: separation processes. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation and enrichment of gases, vapors, and liquids in chemical industry, biotechnology, and medicine. Initial substrate consisting of film or hollow fibers is stretched and subjected to contraction in free state until embryo microcracks arise in quantity exceeding 10 ones per 1 mm. Substrate is then coated with selective layer and simultaneously substrate and coating are stretched. Preliminarily stretching substrate can be performed in liquid medium or in air after substrate is crystallized using annealing operation. EFFECT: improved procedure. 3 cl
