FIELD: oil and petrochemical industries. SUBSTANCE: plant has pump, feeding branch pipe, hydrocyclone for preliminary purification with tube to discharge gas and slits to separate water from oil and mechanical impurities, discharge branch pipe joined to pump supplying water to hydrocyclone for fine purification with branch pipe to tap oil and nut to regulate velocity of liquid going into hydrocyclone for fine purification of liquid which lower part is connected with vessel communicating with pump feeding clarified water to filter of additional purification with sorbent and branch pipe to discharge purified water. All pumps, feeding and discharge branch pipes, hydrocyclones are provided with transducers and control elements interacting with programmable cyclic microprocessor.
