FIELD: woodworking industry, in particular, production of laminated wood materials. SUBSTANCE: stacks are assembled of sheets of low-grade veneer, 5 to 10 mm thick, preliminarily cut to the necessary length, layers are placed perpendicularly to one another. Pressing is carried out on 4-6 sides with a subsequent holding of the stack in the compressed state up to complete drying-out of glue. Pressing is effected at a pressure of 5 to 50 kg.sq. sm at a room temperature for 4-5 minutes. Stack is held in the compressed state for 12 to 16 hours. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 3 cl, 2 dwg
