FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed assembly line comprises feed mechanism, glue application mechanism and assembly mechanism. Feed mechanism comprises elastic pressure element housing knives arranged along the radius. Glue application mechanism comprises glue application roll arranged to allow its adjustment relative to elastic pressure roll. Assembly mechanism comprises lifting table that can rotate about its axis and is furnished with carriage to perform reversing translation. Besides proposed shaper comprises guides to control sheet position arranged all along roll edges. Note here that shaper allows adjusting carriage speed relative to elastic pressure roller, while lifting table turn axle is displaced relative to the table central axis.
EFFECT: possibility to shift veneer strips relative to previous strips in assembling cellular plywood plates.
