FIELD: lifting and transportation facilities; electric hoists. SUBSTANCE: hoist has housing, two drums, electric motor, one or two differential planetary reduction gears, wire rope load pulley block, wire ropes arranged at opposite sides on drums. Central shaft is installed on bearings in hoist housing. Drums are mounted on cantilever ends of central shaft. If one differential planetary reduction gear is used, it is connected by one driven ring gear directly with drum and by other driven ring gear, with central shaft.
