FIELD: mechanical engineering; load-lifting facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed hoist can be used for lifting loads in fore hazard and explosion hazard atmospheres. Hoist contains trolley with wheels and travel motion mechanism with pneumatic motor. Hoist is furnished with lifting mechanism with hook hanger coupled with pneumatic motor and made for changing lifting speed. Hoist is provided also with control system. Pneumatic motors of trolley travel motion mechanism and lifting drive are furnished with stabilizers of trolley travel speed and load lifting, respectively, lifting speed stabilizer being built into lifting pneumatic motor. Toothed rims made on trolley wheels are designed for engagement with gear wheel secured on bracket of output shaft of travel motion mechanism reduction gear. Supply switch is provided with key and lock in form of spring-loaded plates with slots designed for switching on tumbler of said switch when slots register with key. Setting device contains multiposition pneumatic change-over of type and direction of load travel providing supply of air to said pneumatic motors furnished with reversible spool-type distributors mechanically coupled with stabilizers of said pneumatic motors. Hoist is furnished with load safeguard connected with hook hanger and corresponding pneumatic motor, and manually operated drive to lower the load. Hoist is provided also with hook hanger upper and lower position stops. EFFECT: improved safety of hoist and convenience of its operation. 6 cl, 8 dwg
