FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has two trolleys, drum with cable installed inside housing, geared motor coupled with drum and two sheaves installed of side cheeks of housing from inner side and forming sixfold pulley block with hook hanger. Geared motor is provided with planetary stage installed inside drum and forming one of drum supports. Moreover, geared motor has self-braking worm stage coupled with cone- type electromagnetic brake.
