FIELD: weaving. SUBSTANCE: device has driven cranks and flexible couplers whose number equals the number of cranks. Each coupler in its lower part is hinged with respective driven crank, and its upper part has head for connection with heald frame in lower part of the latter. There is means for holding flexible couplers in connection and disconnection of heald frames in strictly vertical position. Heald frames lower part has guide. Guides have detent or shoulder limiting stroke, and head of flexible coupler is free to enter respective guide up to contact with detent or shoulder and to be locked there. In this case, couplers are fixed by locking means. Means for holding flexible couplers in strictly vertical position, when connecting or disconnecting the heald frames, is made in the form of two jaws located opposite each other and on different sides from couplers and may be turned from their driving means.
