FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: scissors include immovable and movable cutters. Movable cutter is made for execution of oscillatory motions by means of drive system connected with loom control panel. Movable cutter moves from its standing idle position to active cutting position and vice versa. Drive system has air cylinder whose piston is hinged with movable cutter and spring for holding of movable cutter in standing idle position. Air cylinder is supplied with compressed air with the help of solenoid valve. Installed at the valve inlet is pressure regulator. Loom control panel is connected with drive system via solenoid valve. EFFECT: simple in design, compact and reliable in operation. 2 dwg
