FIELD: mining industry; drilling equipment. SUBSTANCE: insert has cylindrical tail-piece and working head with several protrusions and each of them has its own working surface in the form of part of sphere. Through-hole can be made between protrusions. Hard-alloy insert is fastened in body seat by means of soldering. For this purpose, at installing hard-alloy insert, made in tool body seat are outflow passages which are created by providing at least two open through-slots in tail-piece surface. At least one of these slots is made in end surface of tail-piece, and other slots are made in side surface of tail-piece. Longitudinal axis of slot is parallel to generating side surface of tail-piece. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 12 cl, 4 dwg
