SUBSTANCE: cutting tool includes working head and holder with shank for location in through channel of tool holder with formation of internal circular channel of variable cross-section for discharge of cuttings. Holder has supporting surfaces over its length of same register diameter with conical recess made between the surface and conjugated with its larger diameter with supporting surface on the side of working head, and holder has longitudinal through recesses on supporting surface located on the side of shank for discharge of cuttings.
