FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used for increasing oil recovery from producing beds. Treatment of oil bed is effected through specially equipped well. According to method, weight load is dropped to plunger which is installed in string of pipes. Impact loads from plunger are transmitted through column of liquid located in well below plunger to oil bed and generate elastic vibrations in oil bed which add fluidity to oil found in ground of oil saturated bed and increase its oil recovery.
