METHOD OF LONG-WAVE AFFECTING ON PETROLEUM DEPOSIT AND DEVICE FOR ITS REALIZATION Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC E21B28/00 E21B43/25

Abstract RU 2325504 C2

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the oil and gas industry and can be used at oil development including late stages of their maintenance for increase of an oil recovery and reservoir recovery. It is provided increasing of oil recovery intensification due to the increase of deposit blow-down recovery by generation of elastic waves of the big length and performance of their stimulation from the force or output wells. Essence of invention: by method oscillations fluid pressures in a well bore are stimulated. According to the invention all borehole room is filled by operating fluid and pressure in it is supported. An elastic shockwave is generated in the hole mouth by pulsing injection of the complementary dosed liquid volume. Oscillations of a liquid column in the hole are sustained with saving of energy parameter of oscillating process. The long-wave elastic earth waves are reshaped that illuminate of petroleum deposit. The device consists of the energy carrier, the roving pump unit with capacitance for operating fluid and the hydro-percussive dodge executed in the form of the hydro-barrel with a rodless cylinder piston, sectioning it on two pots, one of which is connected with borehole cavity and with the roving pump unit, and another is connected with the energy carrier. According to the invention the joint of the hydro-percussive dodge with the roving pump is executed through the check valve, and with the energy carrier - through the pulse valve or through the discharge camera. The pulse valve consists of the cage with input and output connecting pipes. Inside the cage the differential cylinder piston is placed the stock of which is a gate of the bore, which in the closed state is kept by a spring placed in blind side. On a cage cover the normal-closed flap is fixed with electro-management for the joint at its opening of blind side with a discharge connection pot. Blind and rod sides of the pulse valve are connected with an upstream end pot through baffle openings.

EFFECT: intensification rising of an oil recovery.
