Its output is connected to recorder input. Device has also delay member. Material mass converters are made as strain gauges built-in rotor conveyor blades. One of strain gauges is connected to first input of adder through delay member, and the other is connected to second input of adder the output of which is connected to the second input of efficiency computing unit.
