FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device for consumption measurement of bulk materials contains casing with loading funnel, under funnel on the horizontal drive shaft a drum with radial blades on the external surface and flow sensitive element in form of a plate is installed, the plate is installed at path of the material leaving the cells and is linked with force measuring device. Cells for material created between the drum blades have cup-like form, it is created by the opposite surfaces of the adjacent blades rounded to the cell bottom along radius corresponding to the blade height, and from side of each of end drum surface connected with each other by side walls which internal surface looks in the cell volume, also is made rounded to bottom of cell along radius corresponding to the blade height.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of device operation, exclusion of material build-up in drum cells, and increased accuracy of measurements due to decreasing of the material dispersion upon impact against sensitive plate.
