FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical body 1, two supply electrodes A and B and two measuring electrodes M and N secured on body 1, insulated by current-conducting material and contacting the liquid being examined. Electrodes are made of conductive rubber. They are positioned on internal wall of body 1. First supply electrode A and first measuring electrode M are placed at diametrically opposite points of section orthogonal to axis of body. Second supply electrode B and second measuring electrode N are installed on generating line of body wall surface passing through first measuring electrode M. Relation of space between first measuring electrode M and second supply electrode B to space between second supply electrode B and second measuring electrode N is within the range of 1 to , excluding the boundary values.
