FIELD: pulse technique; computing and control devices. SUBSTANCE: ring counter has AND gates 1-1 through 1-5, AND gates 2-1 through 2-5, OR gates 3-1 through 3-5, RC circuits 4-1 through 4-5, D flip-flops 5-1 through 5-5, NOR gates 6,7, input bus 8, and reset bus 9. Newly introduced are RC elements 4-1 through 4-5, NOR gates 6,7, reset bus 9, and new connections between functional components; in addition, D flip-flops 5-1 through 5-5 are made as level-clocked D flip-flops.
