FIELD: automation and computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has unit of gates, inverter, output lines and two delay gates. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced read-only memory unit, two-channel n-bit multiplexer, 2n-2 delay gates, clock pulse line and new connections. This results in possibility of pulse generation without contact chatter in devices with mechanical contacts and for generation of short single pulses at edge of long pulse or potential signals.
