SUBSTANCE: device has working cycle shaping unit, coincidence circuit, master oscillator whose first output is connected to first input of coincidence circuit and second output, to second input of coincidence circuit through working cycle shaping unit whose control inputs are connected to data sensors; third input of coincidence circuit is connected to output of protective circuit whose input is connected to zero-sequence transformer input windings which are also connected to output of power amplifier whose input is connected to coincidence circuit output; on receiving end, device is provided, in addition, with protective unit, comparator, length selector, keying frequency shaper, and signal identification unit output of zero-sequence transformer is connected to input of pulse length selector and to that of signal identification unit through series-connected protective circuit units, band selective amplifier, detector, and comparator; outputs of signal identification unit are connected to inputs of final devices.
