SUBSTANCE: device has heterodyne which converts from high to intermediate frequency, heterodyne which converts from intermediate to working frequency, master sampling oscillator. Device receives signal which is modulated by at least one circuit for inverse fast Fourier transform calculations according to multiple carrier modulation using division of orthogonal multiplexing frequency with addition of switch interval in start of each transmission interval. Spectrum of said signal has two pilot sequences which has constant frequency difference. Corresponding method involves detection of start of transmission interval, detection of position of pilot sequences, calculation of alternation of phase of these two sequences in time and use of this result for tuning frequency of sampling oscillator and heterodyne which converts from intermediate to working frequency.
