FIELD: radiolocation, filtration of responses received by secondary radar receiver. SUBSTANCE: methods and device make it feasible to search for and to eliminate pulses and responses under mode and to store responses of secondary radar received at same as responses obtained under S mode. They are also able to identify to what type ( long or short ) response under S mode belongs, to compute average values of parameters characterizing pulses belonging to response and to filter by way of comparison of measured values of parameters for each detected pulse with average value of proper parameter. EFFECT: improved detection of responses of secondary radiolocation, diminished number of false detected responses and prevented saturation of extractor given that responses from receivers/responders with selective addressing are available. 11 cl, 10 dwg
