FIELD: storages provided with remote control devices. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting threshold temperatures, moisture content and injurious insect infection extent; placing appropriate sensors within bulk of stored material in accordance with selected arrangement pattern; measuring temperature and moisture content values and insect infection extent; comparing obtained values with set threshold values; registering comparison results; generating puncture or audio signal in case of excessive values. Occurrence of signals at one or two points is the evidence of development of dangerous zones, at three or more points - of inadequate conditions and low quality of the whole of batch of bulk material. Apparatus has hollow bar 1, within which temperature sensor 2, moisture content sensor 3 and insect infection sensor 4 are mounted. All sensors are connected with power source 5 and, through threshold device 6, with audio or light signal indicators 7,8,9.
