SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary preparing the concentrated semiproduct made of fruit-berry juice and/or plant raw extract, and/or vegetable juice with pulp and/or without the latter following by its addition to gelatin-starch colloidal solution prepared on the base of distillate obtained in the process of semiproduct concentrating. Gelatin-starch colloidal solution is prepared by gelatin addition to distillate, mixture exposition for 40-60 min, starch addition to its and heating up to obtaining filling mass followed by mixture agglomeration, its drying, milling and blending with aromatic substance. EFFECT: improved method of preparing.
