The preliminary drying raw material process is combined with activation and disinfecting process in extremely high frequency vacuum installation under residual pressure not exceeding 15 mm of Hg column providing water boiling at 22-25 C. Specific power of extremely high frequency radiation is set to be equal to 0.45-0.9 kW/kg. EFFECT: high quality of end product. 2 tbl
