FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: applicator has at least one flexible plate made of dielectric material with dispersed particles-sources of permanent magnetic field and facility for securing the plates on patient's body made as neck supporting collar on which plates are arranged for length equal to half the collar perimeter. Method of physiotherapeutic action is realized by applicator superposition on patient's body at induction value of 40 mT. Applicator is superposed on cervical vertebra region and on sinocarotid zones on the left and right for 15-20 min daily or every other day with total number of procedures equal to 10-20.
