FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has flexible plates manufactured from dielectric material with dispersed particles as permanent magnetic field source, and members for fixing plates on patient body designed as neck collar bearing the plates. The method involves placing magnetophore applicator on patient body. Action is carried out by means of magnetic fields of 40 mTesla units applied to cervical vertebrae region from both sides and to suboccipital fossa region for 15-20 min daily or every second day.
