FIELD: electronic gambling games. SUBSTANCE: device has processor with memory unit, data and command input unit and indicator. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced smart card and device which reads and writes smart card and is located in authorized accounting office. In addition device has unit read and write data in smart card memory and process has program for interface to this unit. Memory of smart card has value of initial credit and game identifier (or its program) which are written by device and are stored in processor memory when smart card is inserted into game device unit. When game is being played, information about its result are stored into memory of smart card serially or when game is finished. Later smart card can be presented for invoice in authorized accounting office. EFFECT: possibility to play game without cash payment in arbitrary place and need of central processor for playing game and to get award prize in authorized accounting office. 17 cl, 2 dwg
