Raw dung is crushed until particle size 20 to 300 mcm is attained, after which slurry is simultaneously granulated and dried to form fluidized bed. Apparatus additionally has accumulation container and tray to receive wet dung, and rotor has quadratic cross- section with working elements - brushes in the form of spokes fixed on ribs parallel to axis.
