FIELD: waste processing and disposal.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of processing manure – poultry and livestock wastes. Manure processing method includes the following stages: cleaning from inorganic inclusions, grinding and drying, gasification (medium-temperature pyrolysis), purification of pyrolysis gases and generation with the help of a gas-piston electric generator, use of a solid residue as a fertilizer and a sorbent for purification of waste gases after drying. Method is characterized by that manure with moisture content of up to 90 % is loaded into receiving bin of disposal, where watering is brought to state acceptable for supply and treatment in screw separator, performing preliminary cleaning with the help of hydrocyclone from inorganic inclusions and feathers, manure are subjected to separation, during which its aggregate state changes from pasty to crumbly and reduces moisture content to 65 %, spent filtrate after separation of manure is returned into receiving hopper, separated manure is treated in aerodynamic drier to moisture content less than 10 % with its simultaneous grinding to size in diameter of less than 0.8 mm, excess moisture is discharged into the atmosphere by means of a cyclone, the dry manure are placed into a collecting agitator bin, from where the dispenser is fed into a heated hopper to 750–850 °C reactor, where gasification of organic components of manure with formation of synthesis gas, from the reactor zone, the formed synthesis gas is fed for cooling and cleaning to a scrubber, the formed ash of less than 3 % by weight of the incoming fuel is discharged through a hydraulic lock into the accumulator for use as a fertilizer or a sorbent. Cleaned and cooled in scrubber synthesis gas is pumped by high-pressure fan into storage tank, from which it is supplied with small excess pressure into gas-piston generator, generating electric energy for consumer, heat energy of exhaust gases of the gas-piston generator is supplied to the cogeneration unit to increase the efficiency of the aerodynamic dryer by heating the air supplied to the dryer and increasing its moisture capacity, while reducing the capacity of separator by 30 % of the nominal value, the next batch of raw materials is loaded. Complex is designed by modular principle and is designed for generation of electric energy 300 kW/h at consumption of 30 ton/day of initial cell manure.
EFFECT: utilization of manure of poultry, cattle and pork droppings with moisture content of up to 90 %, generation of electric and thermal energy, provision of high energy efficiency, autonomy of the manure processing process and electric power consumption.
