FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for improving rigidity and reducing oscillations of high-rise structures due to winds. Device setup is made up of deformable high-rise tower, and its core is connected by guy ropes to counterweight loads located on inclined platforms secured on anchor-type foundations. Tower is provided with device for automatic control of deformed condition caused due to wind effect. Setup incorporates system of sail-widths mounted on movable supports which are located on horizontal platform in upper part of tower. Located in ground surface part are levers of with arms of unequal length. Ends of levers are connected with counterweight loads installed on inclined platform. Sail-widths mounted on movable supports are connected by control ropes with ends of levers. Provided on opposite ends of levers are counterweight loads connected with guy ropes. Their other ends are connected to tower core under inclined platform. Inclined platform by its one end is connected stationary, and by its other end it is secured on shock-absorbing unit. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
