FIELD: neutralization and cleaning of atmospheric air contaminated with deleterious agents; elimination of after-effects of toxic effluents; trapping the products of technogenious activities, for example, exhaust gases of automobiles, radioactive clouds, smogs. SUBSTANCE: device includes flexible gas discharge nozzle and stabilizing braces. Gas-discharge nozzle is made in form of two hermetic cylindrical envelopes located coaxially relative to each other at clearance filled with gas whose density is lesser than density of air. Device is provided with heater and sprinkler located inside gas-discharge nozzle, electric trap and swirler; device is connected with toxic agent receiver and pump station by means of discharge hoses.
