FIELD: environment protection equipment, particularly ventilation means.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises vertical tube with wall made as flexible shell. Lower shell edge is secured at height, which provides free contaminated air entry in tube, by means of cables. Device also has toroidal balloon made of gas-impermeable material and filled with light-weight gas. Upper tube end is secured to balloon wall part having lesser diameter. Cable is connected to balloon wall part having greater diameter. The cable is made of steel and provided with lugs for tensioning ropes connection and with bored orifices to connect rod or at least one lightning protector rod to the device. Tensioning rope ends are fastened to shafts of anchored winches. Tube with balloon descends towards one winch, that is why above which is spaced a distance equal to tube length from device center. Lower tube end is connected to rope ring tightened by means of fan-like tensioning members. Tensioning members have ends secured to anchored winch shafts. Each fan-like tensioning member has support to retain thereof over city section or pit edge.
