FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking 10 ml of blood from cubital vein of pregnant woman at her 6-8 weeks of pregnancy period. 10 biochemical values are determined: α-lipoprotein, bilirubin (general and unbound), cholesterol content, creatine kinase, acidic and alkaline phosphatase, alanine aminotransferase, RNA-ase, D cathepsin activity. Forecasting coefficient is assigned to each value and all the coefficients are summed up. The summed-up coefficient value belonging to the interval from +6 to +25, progressive development of fetal locomotor system pathology is predicted. The value belonging to the interval from +3 to - 16, pathology development is to be excluded. The coefficient value being equal to +4 or +5, availability of fetal intrauterine locomotor system pathology development risk is to be predicted.
