FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to diagnostics, namely to prediction of fetus condition in preterm rupture of fetal membranes from 24 to 33 weeks of pregnancy. Method for prediction of fetal condition in preterm rupture of fetal membranes from 24 to 33 weeks of pregnancy, including study of amniotic fluid in pregnant women with preterm rupture of amniotic membranes in premature terminal pregnancy, consisting in the fact that on 24–33 weeks of pregnancy is additionally conducted a study of venous blood of mother, in blood serum and amniotic fluid during their outflow, the content of lactoferrin (LF) is determined by solid-phase enzyme immunoassay, levels of alpha2-macroglobulin (a2-MG) and alpha1-antitrypsin (a1-AT) by quantitative immunoelectrophoresis in agarose gel plates using the research test-system, when blood serum a2-MG concentration is more than 2.8 g/l, a1-AT is more than 3.4 g/l, ammonary fluid a2-MG is more than 48.4 mg/l, LF is more than 4.5 mg/l is predicted intrauterine infection in fetus, and if blood serum a2-MG concentration is less than 2.8 g/l, a1-AT is less than 3.4 g/l, ammonary fluid a2-MG is less than 48.4 mg/l, LF is less than 4.5 mg/l intrauterine infection in a fetus is predicted.
EFFECT: method enables timely assessment of a fetus condition and presence of intrauterine infection, accordingly to take timely therapeutic measures and to increase chances of survival and neonatal recovery of a child.
