FIELD: individual wavelength through connection between input and output fibers with frequency WDM compression and possibility of conversion of wavelengths. SUBSTANCE: . optical splitter converts frequency WDM compressed signal from corresponding in fiber into am frequency WDM compressed signals which are sent to am tuned optical filters, where a is number of output fibers and m is number of multiplexed wavelength s in one output fiber. In addition device has e tuned filters which are connected to e input fibers which are joined at output using optical commutator. These signals are sent to wavelength converter which is connected to input of wavelength multiplexer which is inserted before output fiber. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 1 dwg
