FIELD: underwater acoustics. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure parameters of noise radiation of underwater and surface sources of sound in natural water basins and underwater acoustic ponds. In proposed two-ring fiber-optical hydrophone signal coil is partially overlapped by mobile acoustic screen which makes it possible to vary sensitivity of hydrophone depending on level of sound pressure of input signal. Special electron system changes sensitivity of two-ring fiber-optical hydrophone in such way that level of input action always remains within dynamic range of hydrophone.
