FIELD: agriculture, plant protection. SUBSTANCE: vegetating sugar beet plants are sprayed twice or thrice beginning from 8-10-leaf stage with water solution of SILK preparation at concentration of 50-100 mg/l at 1.0-2.0 g/hectare dose according to an active substance. SILK is a total of triterpenic acids obtained from fir green to decrease damage of plants caused by cercospora leaf spot by 3 times, peronosporosis by 2.5 times, erysiphorosis by 4.2 times and obtain lower affection area of leaves with corrosion and zonate leaf spotting by 2.1-2.7 times.
