FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves suggesting a patient to make selection of a ball having colored additives arranged in sophisticated pattern so that he would like as a result of visual and tactile examination. Psychotherapeutic treatment is administered in sessions during which the patient looks at the ball with the mood to detect something of interest and at the same time to make self-perfection. Later on, the patient prepares a story describing the observed phenomena in verbal form or in writing. The ball is made from glass or crystal which color corresponds to radiation having wavelength in the bandwidth of 400-670 nm, color purity of 1-40%, light-translucence of 60-90% and color additives not exceeding 20% by volume.
