FIELD: medicine; psychology.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of a controller with an audio/video fixation sensor connected to it, a visualization and audio reproduction module, a communication module. Machine-readable medium contains a computer program. At the first stage, a control assertion—a phrase which causes an emotion of fear in the patient—is detected and recorded. At the second stage, the "true" cause of the phobia is identified. At the third stage, the reflex state of the body is determined from the three proposed options "fight/flight/freeze" and a negative situation is detected, at which this desire arose for the first time. At the fourth stage, the negative situation is transformed. At the fifth stage, using the imaging module from the controller, a holographic dynamic image of a tornado is displayed to the patient, after which the control assertion established at the first stage is reproduced. Effectiveness of the psychotherapy is assessed by the change in the patient’s reflex reactions before and after the session.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides the possibility of remote psychotherapeutic exposure on a person, wider range of technical means allowing to overcome the shortcomings of the existing level of technology in the field of psychotherapeutic exposure on a person.
