SUBSTANCE: invention concerns psychotherapy and can be applied in activities involving school-age children in critical transition periods characterised by psychoemotional conflicts and controversies causing psychosomatic disorders, and in case of child adoption. In critical periods psychotherapy process with child and adult subsystems is arranged in four cycles. At the first preparatory cycle, therapist acquaints participants with psychotherapy stages, selects anamnesis of the child, examines motivation of social environment of the child for participation in psychotherapy, elaborates obligations and responsibility of parties in each psychotherapy cycle. At the second correction and diagnostic cycle, therapist assists on creation of common transition space of participants. At the third cycle, transition space borders are expanded due to cinema therapy actualising existential spiritual conflict, hidden reasons and subconscious sets deforming reality perception are revealed, fear and alarm sense related to leaving the limits of usual reality is eliminated by visual narrative approach. At the fourth structurising cycle, construction and transition to new reality is performed by actualisation of existential dynamic conflict, new Ego centre is formed together with its borders and links due to enhancement and development of creative will activity of participants.

EFFECT: elimination of destructive strategies, invention of new adaptive behavior forms, formation of new Ego centre related to will, emotional plenitude, openness to life process, due to transition into new relation space and realised needs and tasks of other age and environment level, including physiological, social, psychological and existential aspects of development.
